We’re working on behalf of a respected provider to recruit a Service Manager for a residential setting that supports adults with acquired brain injuries. Set in peaceful surroundings just outside Broadbridge Heath, this service offers a unique therapeutic environment where a collaborative clinical team helps residents regain skills, independence, and quality of life.

The Role:
As Service Manager, you’ll take the lead in all areas of service delivery – from operational management and staffing to care quality, compliance, and business development.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading a passionate multi-disciplinary team including rehab support workers, occupational therapists, physios, psychologists, and speech and language therapists
- Ensuring a high standard of person-centred, neurorehabilitation care is maintained
- Supporting team members through effective leadership, performance management, and development
- Overseeing financial performance, staffing structures, and strategic planning
- Promoting the service to external stakeholders, commissioners, and referrers
- Driving continuous service improvement and planned growth
You’ll play a key role in supporting residents to achieve personal milestones and access the wider community in a safe and supported way.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
- QCF/NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or similar role in a high-quality care setting
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and person-centred care principles
- Budget management and operational oversight experience
- A genuine commitment to promoting independence and improving lives
