About the Home:

The care home provides personal, nursing, and dementia care for 50 residents in a homely environment with a selection of garden areas to ensure the comfort and well-being of all residents.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team
  • Ensure residents receive the highest standards of care and that the home remains fully compliant
  • Ensure the home is fully occupied and profitable, to support reinvestment and growth

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Manager of a residential / nursing home
  • NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent (willing to work towards NVQ 5 or 7)
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (email, Excel, Word)

Preferred Requirements:

  • NVQ 5 or NVQ 7 qualifications
