Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a care home team in Suffolk. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being while promoting dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse
- Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver care in line with NMC guidelines.
- Conduct assessments and maintain individualized care plans.
- Administer medication and treatments safely.
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families.
- Report health concerns and liaise with healthcare professionals.
- Uphold regulations regarding safeguarding, health, and safety.
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of nursing practices, including medication administration.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Compassionate and patient with a commitment to elder care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- NMC pin required.
