We are recruiting for a Sister/Charge Nurse to join a dedicated Cancer Nursing team at a modern, 50-bed private hospital in Birmingham. This facility delivers a broad range of advanced clinical pathways across specialties, including Oncology, Cardiology, and Complex Surgery.
About the Role
As the Sister/Charge Nurse, you will lead a skilled team of SACT (Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy) nurses and Healthcare Assistants, providing safe, patient-focused, and holistic care. You will also play a vital role in enhancing care standards, leading by example, and using state-of-the-art treatments to make a tangible difference for patients.

What You’ll Need
- NMC Nurse registration (current).
- Significant experience in Cancer/Oncology care.
- SACT competency.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Previous management experience or leadership training.
