Role Overview: Care Team Leader
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and assessing new service users to understand their needs.
- Conducting client reviews and risk assessments to ensure high standards of care.
- Handling queries and maintaining effective communication with the office team.
- Supervising, mentoring, and supporting field staff to ensure quality care.
- Upholding and enforcing high standards of care in line with company values, code of conduct, and ethos.
Key Requirements:
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- At least 2 years of experience in the health and social care sector.
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop others’ knowledge and skills.
- A proactive approach to improving customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Good IT skills and a willingness to participate in on-call and backup services during out-of-hours periods.
