Are you a passionate leader ready to make a real difference in the lives of people with brain injuries?
Can you inspire a team to support residents in living life their way? If you're an experienced leader with a track record of managing services that make a difference, this could be the perfect role for you!
We are working with a leading UK charity focused on improving the lives of people with brain injuries. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated, multidisciplinary team, where you’ll be able to support individuals as they regain skills and independence following brain injury.
The Service Manager Role
Based in Ely, Cambridgeshire, you will lead a rehabilitation unit that supports individuals with an acquired brain injury. The role will see you working collaboratively with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and speech and language therapists to provide holistic care. You’ll empower your team to help residents address cognitive, behavioural, physical, and emotional challenges, ultimately enabling them to achieve important milestones, such as regaining the ability to walk, talk, or re-learn daily skills.
As Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and treatment. You will lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to reach their full potential while providing person-centred, independence-building services. Additionally, you’ll drive the growth of the service by marketing it to potential commissioners and referrers, managing both organic and planned change.
