Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist looking to lead and make an impact? This Senior Occupational Therapist role offers you the chance to work in a dynamic MDT, providing high-quality care to individuals with complex neurological conditions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Bringing your OT skills to the team, you'll manage a caseload of patients with complex needs, using your specialist skills in neurological rehabilitation to deliver exceptional care.
  • You'll be the lead in occupational therapy provision, working closely with the team to establish and deliver holistic rehabilitation goals.
  • You will conduct detailed assessments and formulate evidence-based treatment plans, monitoring progress to ensure effectiveness.
  • As a Senior OT, you'll be on hand to provide clinical leadership, mentoring junior staff and ensuring high standards in risk assessments and documentation.
  • A confident communicator, you'll liaise effectively with a range of service users, their families, and external professionals, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring exceptional care.
  • You'll have the confidence to address occupational performance deficits in areas such as self-care, productivity, and leisure, to help service users improve their quality of life.

About You:

  • A qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with HCPC, with experience in neurological rehabilitation.
  • Confident in managing a complex caseload, with excellent communication, report writing, and risk assessment skills.
  • Able to supervise and train junior staff, contributing to the development of the team.
  • A proactive problem-solver, with a strong commitment to delivering person-centred care.
