Learning & Development Trainer
Salary: Up to £30,870 per annum + Car Allowance
Hours: 35 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dynamic Learning and Development Trainer to join a friendly and dedicated team. This role is hybrid and will require travel to UK sites as required.

About the Role
As a Learning & Development Trainer, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the capabilities of teams, ensuring that the highest standards of care and support are delivered to service users. You’ll create an engaging and impactful learning environment, bringing value to staff development by delivering high-quality training sessions.
This position requires regular travel across different sites, with some overnight stays. Onsite, you'll gain valuable insight into how the rehabilitation services work and see first-hand how the training you provide influences care quality.
What We're Looking For:
- A recognised training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, Cert in Education, CIPD or equivalent)
- MAYBO accreditation (desirable but not essential)
- Experience designing and delivering learning interventions to diverse audiences
- A creative approach to delivering mandatory and management development training
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with various audiences
- Experience or knowledge of the health and social care sector is desirable but not essential
