About the Role:
- Be at the heart of patient care: assess, create, and implement tailored treatment plans as an Occupational Therapist.
- Empower service users by promoting choice and listening to their needs.
- Work closely with health and social care professionals to deliver exceptional care.
- Ensure the right equipment is available and maintained for optimal patient care.
- Keep precise records that meet professional standards.
- Share your expertise and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.
About You:
- Qualified with a Diploma / BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy.
- Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council.
- Committed to continuous professional development.
- Skilled in OT assessments and interventions with strong clinical reasoning.
- Confident working independently, setting priorities, and managing risks.
- An excellent communicator with a talent for building strong relationships.
- IT-savvy with knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Experience in a relevant setting is a bonus!
