The Role:
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with neurological conditions. You’ll work alongside a committed team to help optimise service users' physical, emotional, and cognitive recovery. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting rehabilitation goals and implementing care strategies.
- Monitoring the well-being of clients and communicating any changes.
- Promoting choice and independence for service users.
- Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Working as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support.
About You:
- Proven experience working within a team.
- Experience in care delivery.
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
Pay Enhancements:
- 30% enhancement for night shifts (8:00 pm to 6:00 am).
- 30% enhancement for weekends (Friday midnight to Sunday midnight).
- 60% enhancement for Public Holidays.
