Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and create personalised physiotherapy care plans aimed at optimising physical function and independence.
- Provide hands-on therapy while guiding families and carers on how to continue interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
- Ensure proper prescription and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
- Maintain up-to-date electronic and written records in line with professional standards.
- Act as a clinical leader, providing training and supervision to junior staff and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma/BSc in Physiotherapy and current registration with HCPC and CSP.
- Proven ability to apply physiotherapy assessments and interventions with strong clinical reasoning.
- Experience working autonomously while effectively managing priorities.
- Confidence in assessing and managing physical risks.
