Reporting directly to the Hospital Director, you’ll be part of the Senior Management Team, overseeing the entire clinical operation, including nursing and therapy services. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and deliver the hospital’s clinical strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership. You’ll deputise for the Hospital Director and ensure all clinical departments meet performance and governance standards.
- Staff Management: Oversee staffing, ensuring the right mix of skills and experience. Manage recruitment, retention, and professional development to build a motivated, high-performing team.
- Regulation & Compliance: Ensure the hospital meets all statutory regulations and quality standards, including CCQ, Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act requirements.
- Clinical Governance: Lead clinical governance initiatives, implement effective clinical interventions, and ensure high standards of care and safety.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Professional NMC registration with strong clinical experience in eating disorders and evidence of CPD.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years at a managerial level in a clinical setting, with a proven track record in leadership, budget management, and quality improvement.
- Skills: Strong decision-making, communication, and multitasking abilities, with a passion for continuous improvement in patient care.
- Driving license required.
