Clinical Governance Nurse or Paramedic

Location: Bracknell, RG12

Pay: £27.00 (Self-employed) / £23.72 (PAYE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Type: Full-time, Temporary

Merco Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Clinical Governance Nurse or Paramedic to join our team for a short-term assignment, covering sickness. If you have recent experience within the NHS and a background in management or as a line-manager, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Datix entries, ensuring compliance with NHS protocols and standards.
• Handling clinical complaints with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for both patients and the organisation.
• Assisting with referrals and safeguarding concerns.
• Supporting the management team and clinical workforce with clinical governance matters.
• Overseeing back-office management of the clinical workforce.
• Assisting with inductions and reviewing the suitability of new workers.

Requirements:

• Recent experience working within the NHS.
• Previous experience in management or as a line-manager.
