The Role:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with neurological conditions. You’ll work alongside a committed team to help optimise service users' physical, emotional, and cognitive recovery. Key responsibilities include:


  • Supporting rehabilitation goals and implementing care strategies.
  • Monitoring the well-being of clients and communicating any changes.
  • Promoting choice and independence for service users.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Working as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support.


Please note: due to the location, a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.


About You:

  • Proven experience working within a team.
  • Experience in care delivery.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.


Pay Enhancements:

  • 30% enhancement for night shifts (8:00 pm to 6:00 am).
  • 30% enhancement for weekends (Friday midnight to Sunday midnight).
  • 60% enhancement for Public Holidays.
