Healthcare Assistant – Day Shifts (Driver Preferred)
Pay: £13.76 – £13.98 per hour (DOE)
+ 20% Weekend/Overtime & 30% Bank Holiday Enhancements

About the Role:

• Support individuals with day-to-day activities, emotional wellbeing and physical care needs
• Contribute to rehabilitation plans to help service users reach their full potential
• Monitor and report changes in health and mood to senior colleagues
• Promote choice, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
• Help create a safe, supportive and empowering environment for service users

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in a care or support role
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Basic IT skills (email, online systems, Word)
• Numeracy and literacy skills
• A caring and patient approach
• Driver preferred (site is not accessible by public transport)
