Candidate Care & Wellness

Wellness at Merco

At Merco, one of our core values is togetherness, and when it comes to happiness at work, wellness and mental health, our candidate care team are here to help during your time working with us.

As well as your dedicated consultant, a member of the Candidate Care team is available to offer any support, guidance or advice you may need along the way.

Meet the Team!

Tash Pieters has been at Merco since 2012, wearing many hats and fulfilling many roles in the business including compliance, resourcing and client relationships, and now heads up our Candidate Care Team.

Joining Tash on the Candidate Care Team are our Compliance and Accounts experts: Michelle and Dionysia.

Rest assured that Tash and the team are on standby to help with anything else that may pop up along the way, adding an extra layer of support during your time with Merco.

You can contact the team any time by emailing candidatecare@merco.co.uk or calling 0203 854 1846.

There are various resources in addition to our internal teams, to help you deal with any challenging, emotional issues you may face, whether work related or personal.

For example did you know that as an RCN member you can get free confidential support and counselling?

We have put together a collection of resources to lean on if you need them, from NHS England toolkits through to Consultations in Crisis services offering support sessions to NHS and Social Care staff from the Institute of Psychoanalysis.
