The Merco Hero is nominated by fellow clinicians, their manager in the work place or the Merco recruitment and support teams based on:
- Who has gone above and beyond for our clients or their patients?
- Who has worked their socks off without thinking twice?
- Who has made a difference to the lives of patients?
- Who has overcome a professional hurdle and deserves to be thanked by Merco?
