Introducing The Pay Index
Together with The Pay Index, Merco have built a secure environment where clinicians can sign up and use tools developed especially for clinicians.
The platform is designed to be able to be used on a mobile, tablet or on a desktop device.
Once you have completed the registration form, which takes around 3 minutes, you then can access two tools, the Merco Pay Index, and the Merco Job Search.
Once signed up users have access to two bespoke reports enabling pay comparison and role building.
The tools provide a comparison to the latest NHS Pay scales, so you may compare your remuneration against market and make informed decisions about locum choices and placements.
